ASCEND processes uploaded photos and generated analysis data to provide AI-assisted appearance and style guidance. Outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate.

What we collect

• - Account email and auth metadata.
• - Uploaded photos for analysis.
• - Analysis outputs and optimization plan content.
• - Billing metadata from Stripe (no full card numbers are stored by ASCEND).

How we use data

• - Generate ASCEND scores and recommendations for your account.
• - Improve reliability and security of the service.
• - Provide customer support and account operations.
• - Detect abuse and review safety reports.

Retention

We retain account data until you delete your account. You can remove your latest analysis from the dashboard at any time or request full account deletion.

Your controls

You can export your data and request account/data deletion from the dashboard account controls.

Deletion requests

Self-serve account deletion is immediate inside the app. If you need manual help, contact support@ascend.app. We target completion of verified manual requests within 30 days.
