Subscription and billing

Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Pricing cadence is shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via billing settings. Refunds are subject to applicable law and payment platform policies.

User content

You retain ownership of uploaded photos, and grant ASCEND a limited license to process them for app functionality.

Acceptable use

You may not use ASCEND for harassment, exploitation, abuse, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
